　　据财新网8月30日报道，中国国航(601111.SH；00753.HK)副总裁樊澄8月30日宣布，与国泰航空(00293.HK)组建一家航空货运合资公司的计划已经获得发改委批准。

　　报道援引樊澄称，目前正争取商务部有关反垄断审查的放行，预期第四季便可成立新合资公司，未来主要运力将集中于上海。

　　中国国航和国泰航空今年2月确立组建这家航空货运合资公司的计划，双方将把中国国航现有的航空货运子公司作为合资公司的平台，中国国航与国泰航空将分别持有该合资公司51%和49%的股权。中国国航持有国泰航空30%股权。

　　此外，报道称，樊澄还表示，公司正与北京市政府商讨，设立发展公务机为主航空公司。
