据新华社北京8月30日专电(记者李京华)北京市高级人民法院30日对黄光裕非法经营罪、内幕交易罪和单位行贿罪案终审宣判，维持一审判决，黄光裕获有期徒刑14年。黄光裕的妻子杜鹃终审改判，由一审有期徒刑3年6个月改为有期徒刑3年缓刑3年。

　　据悉，今年5月18日，北京市第二中级人民法院对黄光裕作出一审判决，认定黄光裕犯非法经营罪，判处有期徒刑8年，没收财产人民币2亿元，犯内幕交易罪，判处有期徒刑9年，罚金人民币6亿元，犯单位行贿罪，判处有期徒刑2年，三罪并罚，决定执行有期徒刑14年，罚金人民币6亿元，没收财产人民币2亿元。
