本报讯(记者 裴晓兰)河北农民周胜开设讨债公司后，强行挟持一名债务人，逼迫对方交出39万余元。记者昨天获悉，市二中院终审以抢劫罪判处周胜有期徒刑15年，剥夺政治权利两年，并处罚金2.2万余元。

　　周胜现年40岁，2006年8月，他因犯盗窃罪被判处缓刑，后在北京以“商务调查公司”的名义开设讨债公司。2007年4月27日下午，周胜伙同他人受孟秀珍(已判刑)雇佣，强行将与孟秀珍有合同纠纷的张某从朝阳区劫持到丰台区一家宾馆，逼问出张某的银行卡密码。周胜等人于当月28日持张某的银行卡在取款机上取走2900元。几天后，周胜等人又挟持张某在一家银行从银行卡内取走11万元，并转账28万元给孟秀珍。

　　市二中院认为，周胜曾因犯罪被判处有期徒刑并宣告缓刑，在缓刑期内又采用胁迫手段迫使被害人当场交出财物，其行为已构成抢劫罪，且抢劫数额巨大，依法应予惩处。 .blkComment p a:link{text-decoration:none} .blkComment p a:hover{text-decoration:underline}
