新浪财经讯 8月29日晚间消息，总部位于上海的一嗨汽车租赁有限公司宣布，与以高盛为首的投资者正式签署投资协议，总投资金额为7000万美元。

　　一嗨租车称，交易预计将于近期内顺利完成。本轮融资由高盛领投，现有股东启明创投、鼎晖创投、Ignition Capital、集富亚洲(JAFCO Asia)和汉理资本(New Access Capital)均跟投。

　　一嗨租车的创始人、董事长及CEO章瑞平表示，将利用这笔融资，继续扩大车队规模和城市覆盖范围、进一步改善客户体验。

　　一嗨租车是全国连锁租车服务提供商，在全国34个大中城市开展个人自驾业务，租车业务覆盖全国70多个城市。

　　据悉，之前一嗨租车已经通过从三家风险投资公司进行融资筹集到9500万美元。(华艳 发自北京)
