本报榆林讯（通讯员 康凯）眼红表哥是煤老板，表弟马强（化名）竟然盗窃姑父的尸首，以此向表哥索要赎金200万元。8月26日，横山县法院以盗窃尸体罪，判处马强有期徒刑2年。

　　法院审理查明：马强与吴雷（化名）是表兄弟关系，因表兄吴雷是煤老板而眼红，遂产生敲诈勒索其表兄的念头。今年1月26日晚11时许，马强用镢头将表兄吴雷父亲的坟墓挖开，盗走尸骨头颅，先后埋藏于横山县响水镇和其家背后山坡上的石坑洞内，并多次给吴雷发短信、打电话索要赎金200万元，吴雷及时报警。3月18日，马强被抓。 .blkComment p a:link{text-decoration:none} .blkComment p a:hover{text-decoration:underline}
