成都商报讯(谢华伟 记者 高琦)今年4月23日，内江市东兴区农村信用联社�木分社发生一起30万元人民币被人掉包为冥币的盗窃大案。经查，该信用联社员工廖义琴监守自盗。8月28日，内江市东兴区人民法院以职务侵占罪一审判处被告人廖义琴有期徒刑5年，并处没收财产10000元。

　　1991年12月至今年4月，廖义琴一直在东兴区农村信用联社工作，案发时任�木分社储蓄会计。4月22日下午，廖义琴利用其担任分社储蓄会计的职务便利，趁下班前查验钱箱之机，背对着监控摄像镜头，在办公桌下用10多天前购买并事先捆扎好的3捆冥币，将钱箱内的30万元人民币换走，并藏匿于邻居刘某家中。内江市公安局东兴区分局4月25日侦破此案。 .blkComment p a:link{text-decoration:none} .blkComment p a:hover{text-decoration:underline}
