环球网记者仲伟东报道，据俄新社8月27日消息，俄罗斯阿穆尔州内务局新闻处人士27日表示，布拉戈维申斯克警察从一名女性中国公民那里没收了500件带有2014年索契冬奥会徽标的T恤衫，她被指控涉嫌非法在市内某商贸中心销售这些T恤衫。

　　这名人士说：“这些带有2014年索契冬奥会徽标的T恤衫在布拉格维申斯克一家商贸中心销售。阿穆尔河沿岸内务局打击经济犯罪局工作人员进行检查时发现了这些T恤衫并有意购买了它，随后就没收了这些T恤衫。”

　　他说，销售这些T恤衫的中国女公民未能向警察出示合同，证实她有权使用2014年索契冬奥会商标，因此目前正在研究根据俄罗斯刑法典第180条(非法使用商标)条款对这名中国公民进行刑事立案的问题。

　　他指出，打击经济犯罪局工作人员已经对可能造成的损失进行了计算。他还说，带有奥运会标志产品是从中国运到阿穆尔州，包括带有2014年索契冬奥会标志在内的产品。
